I have a wierd burning feeling in my stomach and it's making me nausteaded.. & it's making me having anxiety cause i'm scared what it is.. Any help?

Stomach burning: Depends on what you ate. You may have gastritis/ reflux or H pylori a bacteria causing gastritis. May also have gallbladder disease or food intolerances. Keep a diary on your foods and if you have an abnormal response.
