If I have true anxiety, how is it possible for the symptoms to go away lying down vs standing? Wouldn't this be physical not psych? Very hard to u/s.

Need more info: I don't think this is something that anyone could answer online, and you didn't mention what specific symptoms you are having that go away when you lie down.
