Your best bet: Is to review these issues with your primary care doctor. They could be anxiety related but may also be related to another process. It is unlikely that: these symptoms represent a stroke, in particular since they have not progressed to more serious findings in 24 hours. This is likely to be anxiety or inadvertent trauma to the facial nerves. It could be early shingles but I suspect you would have more systemic symptoms.
