I have anxiety and body aches. arms and legs hurt and r tired. I have been checked 4 ms and clots. Neither r it. Fibromyalgia? Suggestions? No fever
Further workup: Not sure what else you have been evaluated for but panels such as EBV and Lyme may be helpful. The symptoms may be consistent with fibromyalgia and there are treatment options available for which I recommend seeing your PCP or neurologist. Here are some things: You can do to help yourself. Start w a med eval. It may uncover underlying medical problems that need to be addressed. Cognitive behavioral therapy can be quite effective. Probably linked but: There are many possible ways these could be linked. Anxiety tends to make any symptom worse but usually alone does not cause aches. Poor sleep can aggravate anxiety & cause aches- as dr.
