Anxiety is a general term for several disorders that cause nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worrying. These disorders affect how we feel and behave, and they can manifest real physical symptoms. Mild anxiety is vague and unsettling, while severe anxiety can be extremely debilitating, having a serious impact on daily life.

Check w/ dentist: A dentist will be able to examine your teeth and determine if there are stress cracks that may be caused by grinding teeth (a common symptom of anxiety) and can lead to tooth decay. Headaches can also result from stress grinding. If necessary, you can be fitted with a special mouth guard to reduce some of the symptoms resulting from grinding of teeth. As for your other symptoms, they should warrant some further testing.
