See a dentist: I know you say you can't see a dentist but you must. $ can be issue but it will cost more in long run to not get it done now. No.: Savlon wipes are marketed for "on the go" wound cleansing and hand sanitizing. It would be more "dangerous" to delay cleansing a fresh wound. Most likely Savlon wipes contain the antiseptic chlorhexidine which is often used in hospitals & other medical settings. Check the ingredients on the container and use them only as directed.
