Could you take prenatal vitamins that contain biotin, choline, inositol, and fumaric acid name of vitamin brand nordic berries?
I do not: Like the formula. They contain 9 grams of carbohydrate and the amount of thiamin (as are the doses of all the vitamins) is too low to metabolize that amount of carb. You can look it up on line. This expresses an incredible ignorance of industry in vitamins and foods. In pregnancy, first you need a pristine diet and the vitamin supplementation should be ordered by your ob/gyn. ...Read more
Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?
Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Some multivitamins are far better than others- see https://drrandybaker.com/2012/11/ and https://www.multivitaminguide.org/best-multivitamin.html ...Read more

Why Supplements?: Since you're 17 years old, I am concerned that you are spending time and money wasting it on the supplements that you listed. While some of the substances are present in a healthy diet, there is actually no reason you should be taking them in the form of a supplement. You should be getting all the vitamin D you need in a healthy diet, and the other things, except Prilosec, are unproven. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Probably: One of the problems with many supplements is that there is little research on safety and effectiveness. Plexus slim has many ingredients; I have reviewed them ; they are all safe and have no known interactions with the things you are taking. However, avoid plexus slim accelerator- it is hazardous! i believe anyone on Lipitor (atorvastatin) should take coq10. Yes, however...: Every prenatal multivitamin contains all of those and more so this is definitely safe.
