How is cholinergic urticaria treated? Had it for 4 years. Antihistamines aren't working. Septra (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) was the only thing. Once i finished it, it came back.
Allergist: Cholinergic urticaria can be very hard to treat me. Typically, I start with antihistamines. Often very high doses are needed. There Are some other options if that isn't working.
