1) any travel to outside of us or snorkeling/scuba activity? Some parasites, infections can manifest this way.
2) understand no soap being used - but chemicals are everywhere. Anything new that you are being exposed to?

I'm concerned.: There are three possibilities. (1) it's not chicken pox. (2) it's chicken pox but your child's immune system isn't working correctly due to a congenital immune defect. Rash: It all depends on the cause of the rash. If it is an allergic rash for something topical like soap for instance then topical cortisone cream would be a good option for itching and redness.
