Allegra (fexofenadine): All antihistamines especially the first generation ones (benadryl, bromchlorpheniramine, CTM) can cause drowsiness when given in sufficient doses. Zyrtec (cetirizine) at the recommended dose and Loratadine at 2x the recommended dose can cause drowsiness in some people. Whole breads: Have you tried health food stores or organic stores? There should be some in your area, i hope. Also, worst case scenario - try on-line retailers such as amazon or other food stores. Fish allergies: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) could work but with fish and shell fish allergies if it is bad best thing is to avoid eatiing it. Some prepackaged foods have shell fish products in them so please read labels before you consume these.
