I have a dry mouth sometimes and I breakout with an itch whenever I go on runs and when I sweat. I have to take an antiihistamine before I run.?
Itching: See your physician to rule out various things. It may involve blood work. My wife has a similar problem as was diagnosed as idiopathic urticaria. Big word for unknown itching. Antihistamines will help, they also will give you a dry mouth. Take extra care of your teeth as xerostomia(dry mouth) makes you vulnerable to tooth decay.
