See a dermatologist: Antihistamine cream has no effect on hives. Probably you do not have hives limited to your legs. More likely you have skin changes due to scratching. A prescription steroid cream is likely to give relief and is safe during pregnancy. ...Read more

Many possibilities: To help you some additional questions to answer: 1) any travel to outside of us or snorkeling/scuba activity? Some parasites, infections can manifest this way. 2) understand no soap being used - but chemicals are everywhere. Anything new that you are being exposed to? 3) sexually active? Pregnancy, std can cause these symptoms as well 4) psychological factors? Anxiety, depression, ocd, etc. ...Read more

Contact reaction : What you describe sounds like allergic contact dermatitis to plant material. The only effective treatment is steroids. Have your primary care physician evaluate the rash and prescribe something that will work for you. ...Read more

How to recover from antihistaminic dysphonia? Ice-cream? Now 2nd day. I stop antihistamines and moved to Montelukast.

Time: Give it a few days to recover. I presume that you were taking the older generation antihistamine (Benadryl, hydroxyzine etc) which tends to dry up the throat. If the problem is indeed from antihistamine, it will recover within days. In the meanwhile, lozenges, honey, lemon drop (sugar-free) , ice cream or whatever soothes it can be taken. ...Read more
