Geographic Tongue: You MIGHT have "geographic tongue" (see the photo). Unfortunately, this is what's called a "poorly understood disease." Unusal: The standard treatment of otomycosis in the US is the use of topical anti-fungal drops along with cleaning out any accumulated debris from the affected ear. It is unusual to need oral antifungals for localized disease. Long term use of antifungals is not recommended.
