Had laryngitis nearly 2 weeks ago finished antibiotics nearly a week ago . My voice is better but still not 100% why ?

No!: Laryngitis is most often caused by a viral infection which will not need antibiotics. In fact, giving antibiotics for a viral infection might cause more problems. Is your daughter with high fever or problems breathing, or does she just have a hoarse voice. If only her voice is changed, increase liquids to drink and give tylenol for pain. Will penecillin and prednisone treat reocurring laryngitis? I've had laryngutis 5 times and went to the dr twice and each time was given those meds.
