Yes: The antibiotics are the key. Use of Alpha blockers in a 24 yr old is not likely too helpful, especially over that length of time. Also curious why us was done. It is not helpful in diagnosing or treating prostatitis. It is not really possible to say "normal" from transabdominal us exam of the male pelvis. ...Read more
