My face and neck is so darker than my body.. I am using skin lightening cream.. And sometimes cleanser, toner and moisturizer..No use. Please help.

I suggest none: I'd urge you to use topical benzoyl peroxide and/or a retinoic acid derivative at least once daily and skip the rest. Do this until you are clear, or you are not clear in four weeks, get with your personal physician who will add something that will work. Alternative, a salicylic acid wash is a reasonable choice.
