Try hydrocortisone: I would try a little Hydrocortisone 1-2 times per day and see if that helps. Also make sure u don't have some kind of vitamin deficiency because they can cause all kind of skin issues

See a dermatologist: Also could be something else. Not every round or circular rash is a fungal infection. Could be something non-infectious such as psoriasis or nummular eczema.
