Airway...: It sounds like there is a partial upper airway obstruction. Are there any other symptoms, like fever, nasal congestion, etc.? Depending on the cause, treatment may include placing an airway (like a tracheostomy tube). But, it also depends on how aggressive your elderly relative would want since procedures would also pose high risks of morbidity/mortality. Good luck! ...Read more
Could 20 yrs of army service as bomb dog handler/military police non combat, cause gad and panic disorder with agrabaphobia?
It depends: How you end up after such a long experience depends on your genetics, your background, your supports, and your ability to deal with frightening situations. I don't know about the diagnoses you've listed, as ptsd might be more expected than those. At the very least, you could easily be in for some kind of anxiety -- undiagnosable without full evaluation. You could see a psychiatrist & find out. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

What the anti cough ( antitussive ) whach can use for hypertensive patients without hazard.
Cough: You do not list hypertension as a condition or any medications you are on for HTN. If you have a confirmed diagnosis of hypertension, avoid decongestants in your over the counter medications.
