Multi-drug therapy for multibacillary leprosy is usually Dapsone, Rifampicin & Clorazime. Other antibiotics can be used. Fewer antibiotics may be used for other forms of leprosy. At this point, leprosy has consistently responded to multi-drug therapy which for multibacillary leprosy is usually Dapsone, Rifampicin & Clorazime. Other antibiotics can be used.
