Can't see clearly: Perihilar=area around the hilum/root of the lungs, basically where the airway enters the lung--both=both sides. Haziness=not clearly defined increase in density, often due to enlargement of some lymhnodes/inflamation in the area. It is nonspecific--can't tell for sure what it is.
