If this is true and it is in the wall of the uterus (rather than inside the uterine cavity) it should not affect your ability to get pregnant and doesn't require treatment. Yes: I'm not sure how you know that your uterine wall is thin? That typically isn't a diagnosis that is given without very detailed imaging, such as a mri. Having said that maybe you had surgery previously and doctor told you it was thin? Regardless, uterus is very strong and likely can hold a pregnancy even if it's 'thin' as you say.
