Possibly: It depends on the level of coma. ( there are several) if they do not at all interact with their environment, it is most likely they may remain in that vegetative state. More of the same: In general, the items you mention will persist and the impact will become more dramatic as she gets older.Anoxic encephalopathy just means the oxygen or blood to her brain was not passing through in adequate amounts for her nerves to survive.
