No evidence it helps: There is some scientific evidence that vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree berry) may help with pms symptoms and cyclic mastalgia (breast pain) but no studies showing that it helps women with ovulation disorders. If you aren't ovulating regularly and are trying to conceive the safety of vitex when you're pregnant is unknown, so you should stop it when you get a positive pregnancy test if you conceive. ...Read more
