For dry, itchy scalp: Aloe Vera - shampoo & rinse scalp/ hair. Break off aloe vera leaves & apply about 1 TBSP o f the gel onto scalp. Rinse after 5 minutes. Sesame Oil - Apply warmed sesame oil to scalp & massage for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse.
Strangely: Enough - not using harsh shampoos that strip the hair of normal oils can actually help if you have a lot of scalp oil production. When the scalp is repeatedly stripped of oils - it goes into overdrive with oil production. Take care.
Argan, jojoba oils: While my greek grandmother still swears by olive oil, cosmetologists today use a lot of argan and jojoba oils. After showering, put a few drops in the palms of your hands, then massage in starting at the scalp and working through the full length of your hair, then continue to style as you normally do. Avoid hair products containing alcohol, as they can be drying & damaging to hair & scalp.

Dandruff?: First of all you need to make sure dandruff is not what is causing your scalp to be dry. If it is dandruff you can use selsum blue shampoo or head and shoulders or something similar. How can I make my hair really smooth with no frizz at all without having to cut it? Is there any type of specific oil I should use?
Hairdresser: Ask an experienced hairdresser this question - they are more familiar with specific products to decrease hair frizz. Be careful of "brazilian blow-outs" and other products containing formaldehyde, though. Http://prettytoxic. Org/news-media/mediapress/.
Why do my hair oil increases just after the 10minutes of washing hair? Nd then decreases on 2nd day 3rd day after washing? Its been 2 years im facing.
How much is it important to oil the hair. Also is it important to oil the hair before washing them. Wht are the effects if hair is washed without oiling?
Cheaper oil: Your scalp makes it's own oil. The main important point is not to shampoo your hair too often. Depending on the culture in which you live, washing the hair no more often than every 1-4 weeks may be the best way to have healthy hair.
Not necessary: The oil from the sebaceous glands in the skin are located at the hair follicles, and the oil flows along the hair shaft and out the pores. Since your natural oil is already coating and protecting the hair, why add more, with an artificial oil?
