Fatigue & weakness is multifactorial ie caused by many different things such as depression, anemia, hypothyroidism, kidney disease, etc. Tingling in foot suggests peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes, vitamin deficiency, or physical nerve damage. Leg Problems: The question is always where to begin? I am a podiatrist, so we tend to look upwards from the feet. Make sure you are in very stable shoes and orthotics to support your ankles that feel like giving out. Stretch your calves 3 times daily as long as you do not cause pain.
