10 week stiffens legs to stand on, flares and jerks body around, throws herself forward and arches back while laying down, pushing self up with head?
Knee grinds when laying on my back when lifting it up to stretch.It hurts going down stairs.Locks up going up stairs once in awhile.What is happening?
Evaluation needed: The uncomfortable grinding and especially the locking may be signs of cartilage damage within the knee joint. Patella femoral : If your pain is in front/under your knee cap, then most likely patella femoral pain syndrome/chondromalacia patella.
