After removal of hardware the holes that are left from the screws frequently do not fill in completely. A bit better: Generally hardware removal is quite a bit easier and less invasive than putting everything back together. From my experiences, patients do very well with this and seem to be quite relieved to have screws and plates removed. ...Read more
