Physical Therapy: Congenital Ichthyosis is a genetic disorder; presents at birth with blisters of skin; progresses to thickened, marked scaling of skin; worse over flexural creases of joints & more. Treatment is mainly supportive. Tight skin limits joint range of motion. Increasing your physical activity can help which is why you get relief with movement.
