If unilateral - DVT?: While it is common to have swollen lower extremities postpartum as fluid shifts occur after delivery, this is usually bilateral. Labour type?: How did you deliver? Cesarean? Vaginal deliver? It may play a role sometimes due to stirrups against the feet in vaginal delivery.
