I'm dealing with anhedonia after ssri use that was 8 weeks, it's almost 3 months later and i still have it. Therapy does not help. Any other help?
Depression: I have seen many patients whose therapy did not work the first and second time as the match was just not right with the therapist they saw. Do it til u feel it: Support groups (aa, na), exercise, other healthy activities, eating healthy, sleeping enough, sober fun... Even if you don't feel like it, getting in a routine of healthy activities will help. Not directly: Polycystic ovaries do not directly cause loss of sexual pleasure; but if this diagnosis causes the woman stress, worry, bad body image, etc...It could be related.
