I had anemia in the past. I wanted to know the symptoms of leukemia. I have dizziness, headache, loss of appetite I eat sometimes 1 a day. Bruise easy?

Depends.: Anemia by itself will not cause bruising. However, massive bruising and anemia is suggestive of a bleeding disorder or a lack of platelets in additional to red blood cells from a bone marrow problem. The most importtant issue is to establish why you are anemic. Show your doctor the bruises. If concerning, they will check a platelet count and coagulation tests. How come when I get bruises I don't know where they come from. Could something be wrong wit me besides anemia. I don't have that?
Could be: Easy bruising is defined as bruising without a history of trauma or bruising after minor trauma that would not have caused bruising in the past. It might be considered normal or could be due to some significant problems.
