GABA supplement?: I don't know what "gaba supplement" is. And no one likely does -- that is it isn't regulated so it can be anything. Not much: There shouldn't be much in the way of side effects at all coming off yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol). The only thing that would be common may be some irregular cycles for 1-2 months. But keep in mind that most women have lighter, shorter and less painful periods while on pills. So those symptoms may increase gradually after being off for a few months. Also bcps suppress acne. That may come back too if the pills were helping. ...Read more

0.02 t0 0.03 mg Est: If anything is noticed, is should be that the higher estrogen level will allow for less facial acne. It may only improve the acne and not "cure it". Make certain to take the Yasmin the same time (within the hour of the day before) so that the level of estrogen in your system is constant.
