I have itchy skin and the urge to move my legs at night due to anemia. Should i still continue with iron pills?..ive been takin it for 2 weeks..

I have two swollen lymph nodes that I've had for years. Recently I've had unbearably itchy skin. Also anemic. Could this be due to lymphoma?
