I have form of mds-refractory anemia. Let's get into that later. Have extreme drug reactions when using a new drug-siezures difficulty breathing etc. Dr want to do pristiq/imitrex istead of pristiq/fiorocet. I'm scared of severe reaction (always low hct)

Don't know what: You mean by "didn't find enough blood". Was the nurse able to get enough blood for a test? If you got the test and it shows you have less than normal amount of red cells, it means you have anemia. What to do would depend on the reason for the anemia and how severe it is.
