I have pale skin face knowing that I don't have anemia
What could be the problem and how to solve it ?
Be glad: Whwn there is no serious disfigurement, something that gets comments, it is usually best not to try to change your natural features or complexion. I gather that you are light completed and do not tan. Many people consider this a plus. Talk to a few friends and if they agree, just decide this is who you are. Multiple causes: Thyroid problem, anemia (iron def), and autoimmune diseases (such as Lupus) as well as stress can cause hair loss. I am confused about your statement re. thyroid..-> anemia with CBC "all good". & presumed these have all been ruled out.
