Can iron deficiency anemia consider normal response to post- nephrectomy for clear cell renal cancer without metastasis?

Can iron deficiency anemia consider normal response to post- nephrectomy for clear cell renal cancer without metastasis?

What is the survival rate for sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma after a partial nephrectomy. Encapsulated and clear margins ?

What is the survival rate for sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma after a partial nephrectomy. Encapsulated and clear margins

?

Only part removed: A partial nephrectomy is when only part of one kidney is removed. A while ago it was standard to simply remove the entire kidney.
