Don't worry: The most important thing is that the fetus has a heartbeat. Did they tell you an actual fetal heart rate? Sometimes the gestational sac looks different. There could be a nearby fibroid or subchorionic hemorrhage. Signs of a miscarriage are uterine cramping and bleeding. If you are not having those symptoms I would not worry about this. Repeat Sono.: The HCG levels you provide are meaningless without a times scale. You are about 8 days less along than would be expected from the lmp. Could be late ovulation vs blighted ovum.
