Multiple kidney cyst: The vast majority of renal cysts and benign simple cysts which are a symptomatic and causes no problems. It is not the same as polycystic kidney disease, where many cysts on both kidneys could lead to kidney failure. An ultrasound can determine if these are simple vs complex cysts, the latter could be worrisome. I suspect the kind you have could simply be followed over time; urologist will guide. ...Read more

Complex cystic lesion rt ovary within is focal septated cystic structure color dop. Eval. Dem. Arterial blood in septations. Cystic ovarian neoplasm?
Yes: It can. It would be helpful to know your age and history to comment further. Septated cysts are also a malignancy risk but there are septated benign tumors too. Do you mean 27 cm or 27 mm? The smaller one 27 mm is fairly low risk regardless; if you mean the larger (27 cm) the risk is correspondingly higher. I hope this helps, good wishes. ...Read more
Pelvic ultrasound(trans-veg.)shows-acutely anteverted smallish uterus-47X32X46 mm. right ovary looks endometriotic& a haemorrhagic cyst18mm-is it bad?
See your provider: This sounds like a normal size uterus and normal size ovary. Endometriomas are ovarian cysts which contain old blood in them. 18 mm is pretty small. If you haven't had it, you might still benefit from a laparoscopy to look for and treat endometriosis especially if you have 4 years of infertility. You might also need reproductive endocrinologist (infertility specialist) if you haven't already. ...Read more
Cyst: Anechoic means that the fluid is homogenous...there is no internal debris, air bubbles, solid portons, etc... that would reflect the ultrasound beam(therefore no echoes or 'anechoic'). Unilocular means that the cyst does not have any compartments or internal divisions. Both of these findings are benign features. ...Read more

Well circumscribed hypoechoic 4.8 cm cystic mass. Thickened internal septations, perifpheral mural nodularity and calcification. Pain upper abdomen.
Ovarian: I assume the report is describing an ovarian cyst which may be fluid filled. If so, your gynecologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you. It is not clear if this is the cause of your abdominal discomfort since the discomfort is not in the pelvic area. Other imaging studies may be recommended. ...Read more
No: A simple cyst has a very specific benign appearance, while a cystadenocarcinoma usually has characteristics that are pathognomonic for a complex mass. A benign hemorrhagic cyst may resemble a worrisome cystadenoca. If you are worried about an ovarian cyst, talk to your doctor. You can do an ultrasound in 4-6 weeks. If it is a cancer, it will not be the same size or have the same characteristics. ...Read more
Complex ovarian cyst w/intern.Septations, submuc. Fibroids, nabothian cysts, liver cyst, hernia. All new w/in last 8 weeks. Possible cancer? Type?
Slow down a bit...: Ok, you have a lot of issues just recently identified. I'm doubtful you have any cancer. Your biggest concern appears to be the ovarian cyst, which is probably benign, but you need to be evaluated by your gyn. The hernia is an elective process, and the liver cyst is probably congenital. Fibroids and nabothian cyst can also be evaluated by your gyn. Take a breath and make an appointment. Good luck. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
