It may be, need test: It could be syphilis- a painless ulcer, then a rash which could be anal warts. Or another STD. If you had unprotected sex, get tested for all STD's (but it can take 8 weeks from the time of the sore for the syphilis test to be positive) and an exam. Worm in anus: If you do video consult you can show us the worm or google GI worms and look at images to see if you can match it up. I am not certain what antsy means in Hungary. Not likely yeast.
