May be...: Without further info on detailed history + direct inspection/palpation, it is hard to tell for sure if you have anal fissure with pain at defecation although they may be related depending on the degree of local inflamamation/infection. Parasite infection? Have had heart palps, itchy scalp, inflammation of throat and colon. Sinus congestion on and off. Leaky stool with mucus that subsided. Possibly anal fissure felt pain in rectum towards back/tailbone when pushing out to pass gas.

See GYN: how did you deliver the baby, normal, or C section. was that your first baby. how big of a cut you had, was it bey the delivery doctor, or spontaneous rupture,and who repaired it. go to the doctor that deliver you for examination and answers meanwhile you can sit in bath tub full of warm water . keep your bowels soft. your headache could be secondary to stress associated with this health issues. ...Read more
C a doc: Not much u can at home except make sure ur not constipated. Sitz (soaking in water) also can help. U will need something to help relax the internal sphincter muscle as we do not have control over this and it goes into spasm when it hurts.
