Hemorrhoids: Nice description of hemorrhoid bleeding. Keep a good balance of fiber (5-6 servings of fruit / vege a day) and hydration (enough liquid to have clear urine 4-5 times a day - not what you get with beer or coffee) and he should have durable relief. Otc hemorrhoid rx may help. If not, or if the bleeding or pain worsens he may have a higher grade of hemorrhoid or fissure and shoul see a doc. ...Read more
