Missing info: Better to explain your symptoms (usually shortness of breath) so we understand why the cardiopulmonary exercise test was done. The more important part of the test is the aerobic capacity or vo2max which normally is around 25-30 ml/kg/min at your age. Anaerobic threshold is usually around half of that. I dont know what yours score of 11 refers to so why not ask the doc who ordered it to explain. ...Read more

Almost any lab can..: Culturing anaerobic germs from any specimen can be done in almost any lab with a properly collected fresh specimen and your doctor should know where to inquire especially in the US.
