Depression does not: 30% of panic patients worsen with exercise due to panic response to build-up of lactic acid. 1/3 feel better and 1/3 don't feel any different. With generalized anxiety disorder people often feel better. The same holds for ptsd unless running is a trigger for flashbacks.
