Remember: Not all fats are bad. Try to avoid too much saturated fat and definitely trans fat, but remember, fats are integral to an appropriate diet. Be very aware of the number of calories you are consuming, and even more so what a serving size constitutes, as often labels will trick you into thinking something is reasonable caloric wise when the serving size is actually incredibly small. ...Read more
