Do I have liver or Pancreas problem?

Unlikely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, based on the data you provided, there is no reason to suspect liver or pancreas problems. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

CLEARANCE: There are multiple types of amylase enzyme in blood stream and you are clearing them thru the kidney at a faster rate than "normal" also there are normal people who fall outside the normal parameters--simply the way normals are determined with all the neg studies/no symptoms i would not worry and would not pursue further. ...Read more

Not much: In the absence of any symptoms or facial swelling/bumps in salivary gland areas, this most likely a non-significant finding. A good oral exam by an ENT or dentist is probably in order if there is any doubt. ...Read more
