Dysuria: I doubt that the Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) has anything to do with these urinary symptoms. What u describe is the symptom of dysuria-so this needs evaluation by a doctor. A urinalysis and urine culture would be a good place to start. You may also need an STD check if your sexually active and don't use protection. Yogurt is good to eat, but not essential.
