Yes but...: There are no known negative interactions between marijuana and doxycycline. If you are taking Doxycycline it is wise to take probiotics including sacchromyces boulardii to reduce resultant imbalances of intestinal flora. You'll get stoned...: If you smoke weed it will affect you by getting you stoned. It won't affect the action of amoxicillin. However, if you're taking amox. for a sinus, throat or lung infection I don't recommend smoking anything. It might be wiser to use cannabis in an edible form.
