Maybe: Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) is a pretty broad spectrum antibiotic. See if the doc can give you a narrower abx. I would definitely take probiotics but that may not prevent cdiff. As long as U feel-: -good, there is no reason not 2 workout. Antibiotics R not something that should limit Ur workout schedule. The only time is when U R sick. No: This is not an allergy, per se. Diarrhea is likely caused by the killing of certain healthy gut bacteria. Sometimes it is helpful to eat yogurt (with culture) or take probiotic.
