Lately for the last few months I have noticed that my stool has a strong urine odor. I can't say its ammonia but for lack of a better word, "pissy". ?

When food is insufficiently digested, the non-absorbed food can then become food for harmful bacteria, or just putrefy, in the gut. Not sure I can: help you but clostridium difficile colitis as well as bacterial dystentery have been known to cause such smells.
