Hello. Can I have omega 3 and multi vitamins together in the same time without any side effects (i have glovit multi vitamins 32 with amino acid)?
Likely yes; however: There is no harm in taking them together; however, b vitamins are commonly nauseating. This may increase the "repeat" (burping up the taste) of the omega oils. I would suggest taking the them at different times to prevent nausea. Several smaller doses make the vitamin available throughout the day.
